Kapag Nahati ang Puso (lit. When the Heart is Split) is a 2018 Philippine television drama series to be broadcast by GMA Network. Directed by Gil Tejada Jr., it stars Sunshine Cruz, Bea Binene and Benjamin Alves. It premiered on July 16, 2018 replacing My Guitar Princess on the network's noontime line up. Originally titled as Karibal Ko ang Aking Ina, the series marks as the comeback show of Cruz and Bing Loyzaga in the network since 2007 and 2009 respectively.
